Mike Maxwell - Lead Pastor
Pastor Mike holds a Masters Degree in Theology and began serving in ministry in 1994. He has served as Youth Pastor and then Associate Pastor along with being involved in many areas of ministry before accepting the Senior Pastorate in 2012. Pastor Mike and Angela were married May 16, 1987, in Orlando, Florida, relocated to the Atlanta area, and joined Hillcrest when it was still a mission in 1993.

Joshua Ray - Children's Minister
Josh and his wife Lacey are excited to be at Hillcrest with their kids, Benjamin, Hagan and Parker. Josh has a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from Liberty University, and a Masters of Arts in Teaching Special Education from Piedmont College. He surrendered to preach in 2011 and has a passion for educating and discipling kids, as well as having a passion for missions and outreach.

Julio Aleman - Student Minister
Julio Aleman was called as the Student Minister in July of 2019. He and his wife Rebekah are blessed with two beautiful children, Ezra and Jael. We are excited to have them call Hillcrest their home. We're looking forward to see what God has in store for our Student Ministry. Julio and Rebekah are both graduates of the Word of Life Bible Institute.
